App is terrible. Not an intuitive design at all. Sharing tickets is out of the question. You can't share them via SMS or email, you can only share them in the app which means everyone needs to make an account. Once you make the account, you need to add individuals as a friend/family and then... verify that they're your friend/family by inputting 3 code words. Once you input the 3 code words, congratulations, you still can't share tickets because the app will reject the codes. -∞/10

When you force people to install the app to access tickets, why don't you fix the app crash issue each time a user clicks get ticket. Either give an alternate option or hire more QAs to test the app before the release 🤦

Tickets don't appear. I received an email saying my tickets for a forthcoming game are available and it prompted me to download the app and reset my password. I've done this but the tickets don't appear, and it's the only way to access tickets. So, this is completely useless and not fit for purpose.
