Very unstable, freezes every 5 to 10 minutes and needs restarting. Good functionality when it works.

This is a great app, with good listings and plenty of detailed information provided about each of the properties. I only have 1 question, what does it mean when a property I have saved in my Favourites folder is showing as "Expired"? Does this mean it has been sold or that its been in my Favourites folder for too long? Id really like to know as there are afew showing as Expired and I would like to remove them if they are no longer available

It works but its "unseen" features are buggy. I mainly use the "unseen" tab for my several saved searches when it reports new properties - the property count badge shows the number of unseen properties. But often after I've been through the unseen ones and the count is zeroed, there's suddenly more properties - the count is not zero again - but they're the same properties as the ones I've just looked at! I've even had a negative count (below zero)! Massively reduces my trust in this app.
