I purchased Realme Buds Wireless 5 Lite expecting magnetic control features like auto play/pause and call handling. However, these features are not working or not available in this model. Customer support did not provide a clear solution or replacement assistance. Very disappointed with the experience.

Fraud app, I ordered a realme bud, product is dispatched but before it's delivery, shipper cancel the Order from there end and in place of refund they are giving me Free Coins and 200 Rs Coupan which I can only use to purchase mobile phone, it's totally frustrating and disgusting

Hello I order a phone thing this realme store and I did not get the phone till now The courier guy checks the phone and leaves, then comes back and takes it back. I paid the full amount for the phone.So if you buy a phone, don't pay any fee, ask for cash on delivery. I request the company to get my phone back to me as soon as possible.
