hello I ordered a phone through this realme store and i did not get the phone till now. the tracking keeps on saying the consignee is not available. can I get a customer service number so that I can raise my concern properly. I already paid the full amount.

I purchased a Realme mobile phone. Recently, a display problem developed on the phone. There are still **5 days remaining before the warranty expires**. I visited the **Realme Service Center at Perumbavoor** to get the issue fixed under warranty. However, the service center **refused to repair or replace the display**, even though the phone is still under warranty, tommarow i complaint this to consumer court, very bad service ever dont by realme phones
