REALRIDER SOS automatic crash detection is a month-to-month subscription that begins at sign up. You can cancel anytime and still enjoy other free features. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can start or end your access to crash detection to suit your riding needs.

Good idea in theory but too many technical issues cropping up too often. Cancelled my sub. Reply: I went to use the app for the first time in a few weeks, found it had logged me out. Tried to log back in. Didn't recognise my details. Reset password by entering my email address on my account. Tried to log in with newly reset password, still not recognised. This is after the issues with the SOS function earlier this year that you were eventually able to fix.

Fantastic app Really easy to use & both interesting to see your ride after you've got back but also the comfort that if it all goes wrong, even if you're riding alone, the digital guardian in your phone well get you help if you can't. Well worth the monthly fee for the security of knowing you're not alone should the worst happen. Developer is fantastic & quick to respond help & communicate. Looking forward to putting some miles in with it this year

App is almost useless. Only miles and time added. No other relevant data for later analyse available. For example lean angles, top speed,.... Also there is Icon and text missing for Routes in left bottom corner, so you have to know it is there to click in it then it shows Text "routes" but still no icon! No option to add emergency contact. No option to check if accident detection actually works untill you have accident and hope it works. Some free apps work better, this app still need upgrades
