Realtime Partners is the official mobile app for authorised channel partners of
Realtime Biometrics. It gives every partner a single place to manage their
business with us — from onboarding and verification through to day-to-day sales, licensing and support.

Sign in with your registered mobile number and a one-time password. No passwords to remember, and no shared credentials.

Partner onboarding and KYC
Register as a new partner, submit your KYC documents from your phone, and track your verification status in real time — in review, approved, or action needed.

Partner dashboard
See your key numbers at a glance: active licenses, open enquiries, recent
activity and current offers, all on one home screen.

License management
Browse the licenses linked to your partner account, check their validity and
status, and keep track of what needs renewal.

Enquiries
Raise a new enquiry from the app, add the details once, and follow it through to
resolution. Every enquiry keeps its full history so nothing gets lost in email
threads.

GEM codes
Look up and manage the GEM codes associated with your account, ready to use when you need them.

Product catalogue
Browse the current Realtime Biometrics product range with the details you need while you are with a customer.

Sales dashboard
Partners with sales access get a dedicated view of their performance and pipeline.

Get notified about approvals, enquiry updates, license changes and new
announcements from the Realtime Biometrics team.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR

Realtime Partners is intended for registered Realtime Biometrics channel
partners, distributors and their sales teams. Access requires an approved
partner account — if you are not yet a partner, you can request registration
from within the app and our team will review your application.

ABOUT REALTIME BIOMETRICS

Realtime Biometrics builds biometric attendance, access control and time
management solutions. This app is the partner-facing companion to that
ecosystem.
