About this app

REAM Estate Resident App is the resident app for estates and residents' associations managed on the REAM platform.

Your estate or association registers on REAM and receives an Estate Code. Residents use that code to sign in to their estate's app.

GATE PASS & VISITOR ACCESS
Generate and share QR gate passes for visitors, deliveries and staff before they arrive. No more manual sign-in logs at the gate.

DUES & PAYMENTS
View your account balance, track payment history for estate dues, levies and service charges, and record bank transfers for confirmation by your association.

EMERGENCY ALERT
Send a one-tap distress alert straight to your estate's security team when you need help.

NOTICES & MESSAGES
Receive notices and announcements from your residents' association and message estate management directly.

MANAGE HOUSEHOLD
Add wards, long-stay visitors and other household members who live with you. Each member gets their own access code for entering the estate, and your association can issue them access cards for convenience.
