Registry - Residents Database
With REAM you get a members database with all the database management functions that make records easy to store, access and review. Residents can also access the Residents portal where they can see their status, view notices, issue gate-passes and access other relevant information.
Content Manager & Website Integration
Offers a high quality flexible mini website to get the association quickly on the web. This can be integrated with an already existing website.
Visitors & Gate pass management
Security is a key need for estates. The management of the visitors and access control is supported with this easy-to-use interface. Put in your visitors' details, send them the code to be presented at the access points and the security personnel will be able to see all the information and book the visitors in and check them out on exit. A record of all the visitors is kept in the system for future cross referencing.
Resident Directory & Comms (Email & SMS)
The platform includes a contact directory for the residents and lets the association admins communicate with residents by email and sms
Account Management, Dues & Payments
Assists the Association Admin to maintain payment records and outstanding invoices for the members. Also includes an integrated payment gateway that makes it easy for members to pay their dues, fees or contributions to the estate.
Allows the flexibility to set up and monitor the status of dues, fees or contributions towards an estate project.
Mobile App (Resident, Security)
2 mobile apps are available. The resident mobile app allows for a quick, convenient interface to carry out key functions from the comfort of your phone. The security app gives the security personnel the tools to carry out their functions seamlessly
