I will say the overall app navigation and interface is good. But that's not what I'm seeeking for, I've uploaded all required documents for my KYC, now more than a week. I want to activate my transfer, after depositing funds but unfortunately an error always read transfer is not activated, wait patiently. I've tried contacting customer support, but my ticket got no reply. Please fix the issue. Thanks

I won't give it a star for rating if possible, this app has no customerservice aid and it's totally irresponsive. I deposited on this app and I've not been able to withdraw my funds ever since. I try to link my bank account and it kept saying that the information doesn't tally with that on my bvn whereas it does. My funds is still stuck in this app with no care helpline of any sort.

Ok so the app is beautiful and all. But since yestersday being may 8th, I've not been able to open my reaprite app and neither have I been able to send money into my wallet...
