The ZUUL Systems app allows registered users with residential access to directly send guests a pass for entry into their gated community. Advanced features allow for a significant reduction in wait time at the gate for guests, as well as improved security measures for residents. Registered guests can request a pass from residents. Create groups, favorites, and import all your contacts directly from your phone. Passes contain your pre-scanned ID, unique QR code, and ability to get directions and add a pass to calendars as a reminder.

Total failure rate. The app gave an 'Access to doors is assigned to another device' error on the first use, taking a day to fix. Tried again two months later, and got the same error. 100% failure rate, and you have to wait on support to call you. My phone/number never changed. Ridiculous. Very very rude tech support. Just hang up on me when I told him I can't wait till the next day to use the restroom in the club house.

Terrible app! It worked at first and then went to a grey screen every time I tried to use it. It finally came back to where it is not grey months later, but it lost all my contacts and won't let me add anyone so I still cannot get any guests into my community.

hey guys things were working all good, but now I got logged out of my account and I cannot log back in. My device is samsung S8. I use the app almost every week for access to my relative's home. Please fix this ASAP
