5 Stars - Fantastic Game Very original game with both intriguing and pretty artwork. Fun to play and addictive, with unique gameplay. I am particularly fond of the dynamic of upgrading unlocking and upgrading abilities or 'powers', whilst battling to gain the points to purchase said powers. How to improve? In regards to movement, I keep running out of space (that said, I'm playing on a small phone). I'd like to see the joystick made larger so that movement is smooth.
Nice time waster I love this game. It's so easy to completely lose track of time while playing this. If you like retro-style games, this is an easy one to recommend. You won't be disappointed. Although I have to admit that I didn't like the game at first; it took a few times of playing it to really start to appreciate it. So keep that in mind if you don't like it right off the bat--you might have to let it grow on you a little bit.
New Content Please? Finally beat the game and I already had that feeling that I would become The Only One (unlocking him for free), and overall I can say this game took away lots of my free time. However, I do hope to see a possible new update for more content (such as additional hidden bosses) and stuff.
Good time killer I love the game, even bought the ultimate power and almost have all the achievements! Only thing I can complain about is the fact that passive abilities stack beyond the screen instead of being limited to three like the actives. My suggestion is to limit them to four and put the icons a little closer together so they don't overlap the level display, (and have the active skills stick until you die!), but other than that its an awesome game!
Good but pay to win Really good enjoyable game even without buying anything. But is clearly made to get to the point where you need to spend money to upgrade anything. Not necessarily a bad thing, but seems to introduce pay to win a bit earlier than other games. Still worth a download and a play though
Great gameplay, and boss fights! Gameplay is really well done. It's fun, rewarding and with the right amount of difficulty. Enemies and bosses are well designed too. One of the best games I've played lately. You can play it for free but I couldn't help paying something for this little peace of art.
- UI tweaks
- minor balancing
- new boss “Grand Zealot” at level 30
- 10 additional levels added between previous levels 20 and 30
- reduced most ability and upgrade costs making them more affordable to non paying players
- reorganized ability levels
- power globes are now easier to pick up and less likely to fall off the pillar from falling enemies
- treasure chests give more loot but will despawn sooner
