REBLL Ticket Scanner is a companion app for promoters and event staff running events on the REBLL ticketing platform (https://portal.reblltickets.com). It lets gate staff validate tickets at entry, quickly and reliably.
IMPORTANT — WHAT YOU NEED
This app cannot be used on its own. To use it you must:
• be a REBLL promoter, or staff working a REBLL event, with access to the REBLL promoter portal at https://portal.reblltickets.com; and
• pair the device to an event using a setup code generated in that portal.
Without a valid event setup code from the portal, the app cannot scan tickets. No account sign-in is required on the device itself — pairing is done with a secure setup code.
KEY FEATURES
• Fast scanning — point the camera at a ticket's QR code or barcode for an immediate result.
• Clear scan outcomes — colour-coded statuses tell staff exactly what to do:
- Valid: admit the guest
- Already used: ticket has already been scanned
- Invalid: ticket is not recognised
- Refunded: ticket has been cancelled or refunded
• Duplicate prevention — stops the same ticket being used twice.
• Order breakdown — view the full ticket breakdown for a purchase, so groups can be checked in together.
• Scan history — review recent scans on the device, including entered codes, to help diagnose mistakes.
• Offline support — keep scanning when connectivity drops; scans sync when the connection returns.
• Secure pairing — the device is linked to a specific event using an encrypted setup code, keeping access controlled.
WHO IS IT FOR
This app is intended for authorised promoters and gate staff working REBLL events. A valid event setup code from the REBLL promoter portal is required to use the app.
