This app works well WHEN it works. However, 2 out of 5 times it doesn't and i have to call to recharge the balance on my phone. That wouldn't bother me so much of the app had a feedback button or a way to quickly report a problem. Note: once i tried it 3 times, through the app and through my browser, and all 3 attempts failed. Then, 2 days later, I got 3 SMS that said, "thank you for recharging your phone with $$$, enjoy the benefits ...". it was infuriating!
