About this app

A receipt can do more than prove a purchase. With ReceiptFolio, every receipt becomes a detailed purchase you can find, organize and understand. Keep items, discounts, taxes and important documents together in one simple, intuitive app.

KEEP IMPORTANT DEADLINES IN VIEW
Track returns, pending refunds, warranties and reported issues. The home screen highlights what needs attention, with on-device reminders before deadlines.

YOUR DATA, ON YOUR DEVICE
Purchases, receipts and warranty documents stay in the app's private storage on your device. Receipt text recognition runs locally. Everyday purchase management works without an account or internet connection; the scanner needs a one-time initial download.

No ads, bank connections or email inbox access. Documents leave the device only when you share, export or back them up. Google ML Kit may send technical diagnostics, but not receipt photos or text. Store logos are optional, and the logo service receives no purchase data.

FREE OR PREMIUM
Free: a limited number of automatic scans every 30 days, unlimited manual entry, purchase and spending tracking, returns and warranties, a limited number of projects and some AI enhancements.

Premium: unlimited automatic scans, unlimited projects, data backup and restore, and a higher AI enhancement allowance. AI enhancements still have usage limits. Choose a monthly or yearly Google Play subscription and cancel anytime.

OPTIONAL AI ENHANCEMENT
With your consent, AI can help interpret hard-to-read receipts. It's off by default and requires an account. Only recognized text and its layout are sent to an external provider, never the photo, after detected sensitive details are removed. The provider may retain data under its own terms. Without AI, local scanning and purchase management still work.

• Better totals: when the subtotal is badly printed or misread, the app finds the right receipt total more often.
• For each scanned item, the app keeps the text read on the receipt, even after a correction.
• A backup made with this version can't be opened in an older version of the app.
