My phone would randomly vibrate as if from a notification, yet there was nothing. This happened for a very long time, since I first got my phone really. Finally I found some message board recommend installing this and seeing if it recorded whatever the source was. Luckily it did. Strangely, it showed my phone sort of re-downloading various documents or images without reason or notification, that sort of thing. I cleared all my document downloads and restarted download manager, and it worked!

Recently upgraded to Android 11 and the app started crashing when I try to select only a couple of apps from the list of all installed apps. Another issue is that whatsapp notifications log completely disappeared from the list. Also, I'm a premium user, but I'm still seeing ads and when I press the "buy premium" button, it says "Error. You already own premium". All these errors happen even after reinstalling a couple of times the app.

This didn't even catch the Gmail notification that just went off (Gmail isn't even on the list!!). If it doesn't even catch THOSE (!!!) it is obviously NOT about catching notifications and IS about something else. Since it has access to, well, all notifications and contains ads per the Play Store it's the ADS that are the point, NOT the notifications. DON'T INSTALL THIS. It catches enough to fool the unwary. I'm among other things a developer myself. I'm NOT fooled. AVOID THIS APP. It's shady.
