Amar eOrder is a field sales companion for distributors and their sales teams — take orders, manage parties, track outstanding payments, and close the day without paperwork.
Built for field sales representatives, Amar eOrder turns the routine of beat work into a few quick taps. Find the nearest party, take a fresh order with live pricing and schemes, see what's pending, and submit — all from your phone.

• Quick order taking — Search products, set quantity, apply schemes and discounts, and submit drafts in seconds.
• Party (account) book — Browse and search your assigned parties, see balances and addresses at a glance, and tap to call or navigate.
• Live distance & turn-by-turn directions — One tap launches Google Maps to any party's location, with the live distance shown right on the card.
• Outstanding bills, made clear — Per-invoice view of dues, due dates, and overdue days so collection is no surprise.
• Server-side pricing — Goods value, schemes, discounts, GST and net value are all calculated on the server, so amounts always match the back office.
• Draft cart workflow — Build the order across the day, review totals, and place it when you're ready.
• Configurable per organisation — Field visibility (free quantity, schemes, discount overrides, item remarks) is driven by your team's salesman flags, so reps only see what's relevant to them.
• Secure sign-in — Licence-based login with optional MPIN, encrypted credential storage, and quick re-auth.
