The RecMan mobile app is designed for efficient RecMan usage on your mobile. Seamlessly extending our web platform's capabilities to mobile, it offers a familiar experience tailored for on-the-go tasks.
Notifications will let you make faster decisions and never keep candidates, customers, or sales prospects waiting. Being informed of activities in the system ensures you never miss a critical update again.
Search lets you access information about all your candidates and employees, and navigate to customer locations using Google or Apple Maps for customer visits and sales meetings.
You can also manage your recruitment process through the candidate pipeline module, available from the project details screen. It allows you to view all categories and candidates within a pipeline, move them between stages, take quick actions such as hire, decline, or remove, and access detailed candidate information — all in one place.

What’s new

Introducing the first version of the Candidate Pipeline module. You can now view candidates and categories in one place, move candidates between steps, and take quick actions like hire or decline directly from the pipeline.

This release also includes improvements to the app update mechanism, along with general technical improvements and bug fixes.
