Engage:

- Surveys can be distributed directly in the app to check-in and assess how colleagues are doing.
- Push notification capabilities can be sent in the real-time or scheduled to connect with colleagues where they most often consumer information: their phones!
- Family members can be invited to the app free of charge and utilize the same features available to colleagues.

Educate:

- Total Rewards consolidates Saint Francis Healthcare System’s benefits offerings and includes detailed plan information so colleagues can make informed decisions for themselves and their family.
- Total Rewards links to important colleague documentation, like benefits guides, to ensure colleagues have immediate access to critical documentation.


Empower:

- ID cards can be accessed in the app and shared directly with providers.
- Integrations are available to let colleagues call Human Resources, access the Employee Assistance Programor contact other support teams whenever they have a question!
