They sort made some greed incentive, ignorant decisions (I am VIP as well). I made an order for Simple Nailing in my Roof Access cover support service providers asked me Rp1jt (Apart Money to visit and check which was also asked). Ofcourse, I asked them to lower the price, no response and Sejasa wont let you cancel once you started a Conversation. That is dumb. So if you dont negotiate the Ridiculous large quote you are Forced to Purchase? Silly.

i can't even use my VIP voucher, too many bugs, finding service, change schedule, payment, all have bugs. DONT ASK ME TO SEND AN EMAIL TO YOU, I DID 2 TIMES BUT STILL NO RESPONSE, GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY FOR THE VIP

Too pricy! The apps is actually easy and helpful, but I can say the price is tricky. I don't blame 100% on the apps but I think it's important to make everything clear at first. I fixed my aircon and I need to change the capacitor but then it charged almost 4x than it should be. Sorry but it's not worth, I prefer to come to service man, as them at first so no charge in every additional.
