Pack Cam transforms your existing Android phone into a packing evidence camera for e-commerce sellers: scanning the tracking number automatically starts recording, the video is named after the order number and sent directly to the computer at the packing desk via the internal network—or to your Google Drive. When the platform asks, type in the order number and you'll have the video in seconds.

WHY RECORD?

A missing item report without evidence almost always puts the seller at a disadvantage: refunds, lost goods, and a bad review. A ceiling camera might record, but finding a single package between eight hours of video footage is a whole afternoon. Pack Cam associates each order number with a unique video—type in the order number and it's there.

HOW IT WORKS

• Scanning the tracking number automatically starts recording: point the tracking number at the camera frame, and the video starts immediately. No button presses, no file naming, no unnecessary actions between orders.

• Stop recording however you want: press the button, pause automatically after a preset time, press the volume keys, or hold up the pre-printed QR STOP card. It works even with busy hands or gloves.

• Find videos using a unique code: paste the code from Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada into the search box on your computer to find the correct video, along with the time of receipt, length, and size.

• No video loss when the network disconnects: videos are in a queue on your phone and automatically resend when the network is restored; the computer checks the checksum to ensure the received file is not corrupted.
