RQ Scanner by RecordQuest

RecordQuest's mobile scanner is designed specifically to help you securely and easily complete document requests sent by RecordQuest. This is not a general-purpose scanning tool. It can ONLY be used to submit documents associated with an active RecordQuest request.

When you open the app, you will be required to enter the Request Code sent by RecordQuest. This ensures the document is assigned to your existing medical record or form completion request.

AUTOMATIC AND SECURE DELIVERY TO RECORDQUEST
All scanning happens locally on your device. When you are finished scanning, the app securely uploads the documents directly to RecordQuest, where they are immediately applied to your active request.
