‘QPay Bangladesh’ is a revolutionary payment application that enables any bank account, prepaid card, debit card, credit card of Q-Cash member banks to do financial transactions on the go. Using the QPay application, a registered user can do mobile recharge, transfer fund to bank accounts/debit/credit/prepaid cards, pay credit card bills, send money to MFS, withdraw Cash from ATM, pay bills, e.g. Akash DTH bills, make QR payments etc. as long as the cards and accounts belong to a Q-Cash member bank.
Fast Registration
Users will need only their valid mobile number, email address and the Bangladeshi National Old/Smart ID card to get registered with ‘Qpay Bangladesh’ application.
Security at The Forefront
All payments and transactions made through ‘Qpay Bangladesh’ application require OTP (One Time Password) which will be sent to the mobile phone associated with debit card, prepaid card and credit card. So, without a user’s permission, no transactions will be successful.

Ratings and reviews

The Qpay app continuously crashes on Android 16, specifically during the OTP verification step. Despite trying all standard troubleshooting methods, the issue persists. Numerous reviews on the app store indicate that many other users are experiencing the same problem. It is quite disappointing that no update or solution has been provided even after 20 days.

cannot sign up properly I have been trying since 2 days fix the problem and get it updated

In the transaction history of cards everything shows as "purchase". It would be better if it shows the purchase category like " mobile recharge" or "bill payment" or anything else. Then we can understand easily where we have spent. Also add rocket, nagad, bill payments company and increase the facilities.
