So far I've gotten nothing from this app: can't view calendar or any other info and haven't received any notifications. Requested help through app and got responses in a week but no help.. that was just to verify address. I've un-installed and re-installed several times, always the same. UPDATE 7/10: called company 7/9, they were super helpful, reviewed my account and made corrections. Said within 24 hrs I'd be able to access calendar. True to their word, it is now fixed and works great!

Having a 500 character limit so I can't tell you all of the problems with these people. Check BBB, they have an F. We tried to use Recyclops because our district got rid of public recycling services. Our experience has been awful, really. They want to do curbside pickup, but we negotiated to have it picked up at our door because of apartment complex rules. Despite this, one driver in particular doesn't want to walk 50ft to get it and says its incomplete. no refunds. no remorse. $100+ to 1 pickup

This app is just a glorified calendar app. Can you make changes to your account/subscription? No. Can you order more trash bags? No. When your pickup date suddenly changes yet again, do you get a notification? No (instead you get an email 5 minutes before pickup on the day of new pickup causing you to miss them).
