would be 5 star but my local boost isn't on the app. I like one before work/ on break but can't always because I can't order ahead or use bonuses gotten from answering questions and such. I contacted HO about it and they weren't 'confident in that boosts ability to make the drinks' bull. That's a you problem, it's been months, I have no complaints as to the quality of the drinks I get there but it's still not on the app + nothing seems to have been done about it.

After the boost girl recognised that I had been there over a dozen times she gave me a card to sign up. Al I get when trying to sign up is "Sorry, we can't load your sips right now... failed to load page... try again" trying again ain't working either. What a waste of time. Boost, save money and paper: don't give out Vibe Rewards cards that serve no function.

Used this app for years. When the new update came, it logged me out and now I can't log back in. just takes me to a page saying 'sips failed, try again later'. it does the same thing when I try and sign up with a new account. ive uninstalled and downloaded it again but same issue. Terrible.
