would be 5 star but my local boost isn't on the app. I like one before work/ on break but can't always because I can't order ahead or use bonuses gotten from answering questions and such. I contacted HO about it and they weren't 'confident in that boosts ability to make the drinks' bull. That's a you problem, it's been months, I have no complaints as to the quality of the drinks I get there but it's still not on the app + nothing seems to have been done about it.

Convenient to have the digital loyalty card and nearest store finder, but these conveniences aren't a deal breaker if you use a physical card and web browser to search for stores like I do, because the offers I get in phone notifications are not available in-app when I tap on the notification to enter the app. So, if the notification offer says $5.50 smoothie, when I tap on it, it takes me to the homepage of the app, and whatever smoothie I try to order, is still the usual $7.80 or something.

Was great for a week or so.. The update logged me out and I haven't been able to login since. I've tried to reset my password in the hopes it would help, but the email never arrived and I've tried reinstalling the app. When the app was working, the "order again" function never worked, lucky my order was always simple. My main issue is that I now have to wait my entire break for a drink instead of using the app. I really hope the issue is resolved soon. Then the app would be at least 4 stars.
