Ratings and reviews

Currently won't open. Spends minutes on loading screen with no change. Reinstall lets it work once, then the same issue happens. Fortunately, in store they can look up members and the browser version still works.

The app will not open the second time you use it. I need to constantly uninstall and reinstall it, or it will load forever. It's also very slow and cumbersome to use.

the entire mobile app team must be fired. i am big time nandos user spending hundreds every month on food and everytime i use app i tell myself not to go there again. Such a disconnect between the ground reality and app reality.
