Ratings and reviews

I placed an online order after confirming the correct restaurant location, but the app automatically changed it to a different store without my input. As a result, my order went to the wrong location. When I contacted Nando’s support, the response was generic and unhelpful, offering no practical solution, only saying "its a bummer". Disappointing experience overall — I would not recommend.

App is utter trash, laggy, slow, bugs out, takes like 5min to load, no perks... What happened nandos you used to be amazing, now your app expirience is the worst

Issue: On my Samsung Galaxy S25 running One UI 8, nados UI does not scale correctly. The navigation instructions bar overlap with the Samsung navigation bar at the bottom, making it difficult to see the select info. Details: This issue did not occur on earlier One UI versions (e.g., One UI 7). It appears to be a scaling/compatibility bug between nandos and One UI 8. Request: Please fix UI scaling so that nandos adjusts properly above the navigation bar.
