I was charged for a ticket that they did not honor. The app is full of glitches and the customer service is about as bad as it gets. Two hours of deliberation on their end and no resolution. I had to make last minute travel plans and file a complaint with my bank. That was sure a lot to go through to take a bus to the next city over to get my vehicle from the shop. This was my first experience with this company and will certainly be my last. What a joke!

The trip was canceled and I was automatically booked again in a lower fare absolutely without my permission. To add, I was not refunded my fare and had to waste time trying to get my money back. What's worse is that the 3rd class level of intelligence I had to deal with when communicating with an idiot at the red coach end.

the app is truly horrible. the confirmation pop-up just stays there among other things. it's so frustrating.
