The trip was canceled and I was automatically booked again in a lower fare absolutely without my permission. To add, I was not refunded my fare and had to waste time trying to get my money back. What's worse is that the 3rd class level of intelligence I had to deal with when communicating with an idiot at the red coach end.

I think RedCoach is reliable,safe,wi-fi is great,outlet telephone charger is good,driver is safe,but driver needs to be able to communicate in English also.

I don't recommend them, especially if you are traveling from Miami. I waited 2 hours for the bus. It never came to pick me and another person up. When I called them for help, they were very dismissive and unhelpful.
