How do I get access?

The Reddin Assessments app is for individuals and their team members who have received an app activation code as part of a Reddin Assessments seminar, program, lab, or intervention.

For example, if you have participated in one of our management effectiveness seminars and completed any of our assessments, surveys or team diagnostics, you can download the app and sync your results. Just ask your program administrator for a code.

If you are working on an organizational improvement project with the Reddin Assessments group of consultants, please contact the account manager so you can gain access and start enjoying the benefits of the application. The application will allow you to access a series of tools to improve your own performance and that of your team.

If your employer or prospective employer has asked you to complete one of Reddin Assessments' questionnaires, surveys, or management diagnostics, you may request a username and password from your employer or prospective employer. It is up to them to provide you with access.

View summary of Areas of Effectiveness, Measurement Methods and Objectives.
Get a summary of Obstacles, Strategies and Action Plans.
Track your own progress and your team's progress.
View a complete report of your preferred style, predictive style, style repertoire and a list of competencies.
Learn about what is causing obstacles to your leadership effectiveness and also what is preventing your team from achieving what they want to achieve.
Learn how to improve as an individual and as a team.
