i don't give any rating because of poor customer support. you won't respond to mails fast. already married profiles also maintained. reported multiple times. you took too much time to respond and still phone count not added. there are many unverified profiles. we have opted prime membership no use of it because more than 30 contacts we found married and inactive ones. phone count also not added for that.

Too many fake profiles with improper/wrong numbers and the customer service doesn't respond to rectify these mistakes. Recently I faced an issue that, the Matrimony platform itself has taken Rs.3k from a girl and posted a profile full of fake information. This has been confirmed by that girl itself during whatsapp chat. I had all the necessary proofs to proceed legally, because the customer service is not at all giving proper response to my number.

Until you pay, they show you good profiles, once after the payment they don't care you're a prime customer and no suitable or no preference profiles are shown.
