This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever used. Almost none of the features work properly, making the entire experience frustrating and unreliable. Frankly, it doesn’t even deserve to be called a functional app. Before purchasing the paid membership, I was receiving multiple calls every day pushing me to subscribe. However, the moment I made the payment, customer support became completely unreachable. Calls go unanswered, and there is absolutely no assistance provided.

Account suspended without disclaimer, reactivation takinh 48hrs which is too much, also many fake profiles in the app, asking us to invest in stock market or other looting apps.

I’m writing this review to warn others before paying for this app. I subscribed expecting 3 months validity, 60 matches daily, and unlimited messaging, but didn’t receive even a single match. Being a Reddiyar matrimony platform, it should show relevant profiles, yet support asked us to change caste settings, which is illogical. Customer service was unprofessional and rude. Overall, a waste of time and money. Think twice before subscribing. I am giving for sake of rating alone.
