JaGaApp 2.0 is designed to streamline security, communication and convenience in neighbourhoods be it residential, commercial and industrial properties. This version includes JaGaID, the core feature designed to digitalise visitor registration in communities. Upcoming versions will include features such as emergency assist, in-app payment, facility booking, home concierge and so much more. JaGaApp 2.0 is aimed to empower the community to build the ideal neighbourhood.

It's impossible to register visitors or fill in any renovation forms without the app keep crashing for every 2 minutes since early November. This is frustrating because the app is supposed to make our life easier and keep the community safer, not the other way around.

App is just the bare minimum to use, all that with bad user interface design, here's a few issues being faced consistently. 1. Accidentally swiped notification? Deleted. No way to undo 2. Swapping app halfway through forms will crash the app upon returning. Can't refer to other app back and forth. 3. Consistent crashing even browsing through the app

I cant even get past chosing my unit. it keeps loading, freezes, then hangs and then app just dies. I have tried switching from wifi to 5G, clearing data and cache, and also reinstalling. Nothing seems to work on the app.
