Ratings and reviews

There is no way to disable airBaltic Club notifications about earned points. I contacted support and they falsely stated that they are supposedly combined together with the Flight Status category but after disabling it, I am still receiving them. Then they informed that I am receiving the notifications through app because I have enabled e-mail notifications on the website (whyyy!?!?). I still want to receive the emails... Reported this issue months ago and nothing has changed.

not easy to use and there are not small letter when you d like to write you name . you can not see you booking in i one my booking . you must go to mange . search there . many fly air website when the person buy tickets will see in my trip or in my booking but in this site it not active . it is very bad and there is not check in as icon in Baltic air to press for it . We hope this company will make further changes and improve its website in all aspects, including the app

Lost my booking and boarding pass after check-in. Not able to restore it with booking number.

What’s new

Your trips may be over, but your bookings aren't. You can now open bookings even after all flights have been flown.
