It's the worst airline app I have used so far... The option of adding the flight to the calendar does not work, it does not show your booking - you have to enter reservation code every time you go to "my bookings", even if you did not leave the app, it does not save yoyr password.... I judt don't see the point of the app. Apps supposed to make your life easier, but the developers of this one obviously had something else in mind

Cannot do the most basic thing on this app, why get an app if I can't even have my bookings there. You have to write a note if you want to change a flight without being shown possible options. This app doesn't cover the bare minimum of any service it should offer, not to mention the bad user experience

As far as airline apps go, this is just about the worst I've gone across. Not user friendly. Not intuitive. Very limited. Pain to use. Also, airBaltic don't let you add points of past flights if you didn't book or check-in using your membership nr. That's almost 20 flights I'm not getting points for. Thanks airBaltic. But best of all, it doesn't save your upcoming flights. So what is even the point?!
