After a considerably long purchase flow, credit card payment fails with 404 error restarting the entire flow (instead of attempting the last step again). Bugs happen but one star for the dark design patterns used by automatically adding services ("free" cancellation) to the cart which can be left unnoticed during checkout.

Can not use. Says I need to update, but will not update. Even uninstalled and reinstalled completely new, same problem UPDATE!!! Still can not use. can not check in. says required fields not filled in when they are. no problems checking in with other airline's apps.

Very good improvements since my last review. I still don't quite like how at times you're still using a web browser for some actions but the overall experience is much more seamless - In addition to the previously available in-flight shopping options, now you can easily view and manage your booked flight(-s). if the app would also include seat layout map like the one included in PassWallet for your boarding pass data this could be perfect. Overall, very happy about the improved experience.
