The app feels outdated and stuck in 2017, while we’re in 2025. The UI is heavy and not modern or minimal, making navigation less user-friendly. Profile settings are very limited — no option to upload a photo, add a name, or personalize. Buying or renewing a package isn’t clear inside the app, which leaves beginners confused. Content is there, but the experience lacks flow, smart recommendations, and polish. Needs a major UI update and better accessibility to be worth it.
