Booked a room with this app. They also confirmed it that it was okay and paid. Ended up being told on the day that it wasnt been paid. That was manila bay red planet. And bernadeth was the mananger who accomodated me. It was unfair since you booked them advance for cheaper price then ended up given the regular price. Wont recommend! Inconvenient and the front desk was sarcastic.

I've stayed with Red Planet numerous times before, love the rates, the cleanliness and basicity when all you need is a good nights rest. Booking site is very efficient too, but a guest can only chat after booking. But i want them to know that before booking, sometimes a guest wants to get more information like parking, accessibility, or any general information around a hotel's area. An overseas guest can not simply pick up a phone. I suggest to enable chat service for non-booked guests.
