Very bad experience today. Ran out of high speed data. Low speed data so useless I can't even use it to buy more. Found a wifi connection, but Web site out of order so still can't buy data. Called customer support but can't buy data over phone. Then it demands I use the data I don't have to update the app before I can do anything. Stuck without any usable data for a whole day. Red Pocket is a great deal most of the time but when it fails it fails badly.

Like many people said, the app suddenly doesn't allow to log in. I changed two different wifi and also tried the mobile data. None of them works despite all other apps work flawless. Have reported to the customer service, the problem persists so far. The website failed to work as well, but it appears they fixed it. however, the app keeps saying error!

With wifi everywhere, I don't need a $30+ unlimited phone plan. I also don't hypersexualize the release of every new phone, therefore negating a necessity for credit and long-term contracts. $10.35 a month with tax. The cost breakdown in the app is perfectly explained. The port out and in was seamless and quick. The service has been excellent. Even the customer service was far superior. Why pay more, get less and be treated like a moron by big box companies?
