I Have never seen an app that had so much functionality that simply didn't work. On the main home screen there are four links/buttons that all take you to the same place. When I looked at the app a month ago there was an option to renew, but now that I need to renew, that option is no longer there. Almost none of the required functionality actually works. Almost, but not completely, useless.

With wifi everywhere, I don't need a $30+ unlimited phone plan. I also don't hypersexualize the release of every new phone, therefore negating a necessity for credit and long-term contracts. $10.35 a month with tax. The cost breakdown in the app is perfectly explained. The port out and in was seamless and quick. The service has been excellent. Even the customer service was far superior. Why pay more, get less and be treated like a moron by big box companies?
