I've actually had this app for a few years now, admittedly not using it on this device for a while. I started using it again and decided to check the apps after running it. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the majority at zero cache, with some having no more than maybe 30 or so KB of residual cache still there, which is obviously nothing. In the 20+ years of having smartphones, I can honestly say that I've not yet seen a cleaning app perform this effectively. Good job, Developer! 👍

About 2–3 weeks ago, the app was working really well. But since then, whenever I try to clean cache files, it initially shows that a certain amount of MB/GB can be cleared. However, after completing the process, the same message still appears and nothing actually gets cleaned. What has happened to this app now?

Excellent App for junk cleaning & reliability. But why such apps are required to provide whole android permissions & due to personal privacy of each individual's personal mobile phone is his or her right, but if not granted will not work. Anyways, we have millions of financial records, credit or debit cards inside a wallet, so no care, except family and friends images and videos. Given 5 stars. Just this apps working and properties. Thank You team Zero Cleaner.
