O-SpeedRush is a dynamic reaction and movement training app from the O-Speed series.
Unlike classic reaction games, the targets here are generated by movement in space. As the user moves, the app automatically creates new target points along the direction of movement.
Depending on the settings, a new target can appear at regular intervals—for example, every 2 meters, 10 meters, or 100 meters of the distance traveled.
This creates continuous training of movement, orientation, and reaction time.
The process is simple:
Move → Target appears → React → Time.
This results in dynamic training for attention, reaction speed, and orientation.
Dynamic Target System
O-SpeedRush uses movement as a trigger for new targets.
As the user moves, the app detects changes in position and direction. New target points are automatically generated along these movements.
This means:
• Movement generates new targets
• Targets appear along the direction of movement
• Training distances can be adjusted
• Continuous reaction training during movement
This makes O-SpeedRush particularly suitable for outdoor training, on paths, or training tracks.
Controllers and Accessories
O-SpeedRush can be controlled directly via smartphone.
Alternatively, Bluetooth controllers can be used. These serve as input devices for rapid reaction exercises.
The controller can take various forms. In addition to the smartphone itself, separately available accessories with a smartphone holder can be used, which connect to the app via Bluetooth.
Such controllers are available commercially and facilitate particularly fast movement and reaction exercises.
Features
• Dynamic target generation through movement
• Adjustable target distances (e.g., 2–100 meters)
• Reaction time measurement
• Continuous training during movement
• Easy training rounds
• Support for external Bluetooth controllers
Training Effect
O-SpeedRush combines movement, reaction, and orientation in a dynamic training format.
The combination of movement and quick decisions creates an effective training for concentration, timing and reaction speed.
