RedVida is a community app for finding people and coordinating citizen help after an earthquake, when the mobile network is down or overloaded.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
It works without internet. Reports are stored on your phone and synchronized with nearby devices, so information keeps circulating even with no signal.
• Post and browse citizen reports about missing, found or hospitalized people, with a photo, contact details and last known location.
• Search by face: facial recognition runs on the device itself, without uploading the photo to any cloud. A match is a lead to keep searching, never a confirmation of identity.
• See what other people report: trapped people, injured people and hazardous areas, as described by whoever posts it. The counter shows how many users confirmed that report; it is not an official verification.
• Browse a directory of help links. Each entry states which site it comes from and can be opened on its original site.
• Locate reports on the map and open them in Google Maps.
Availability by country: content is shown based on the country you are in.
Privacy first: the information lives on your device. You don't depend on an account or on servers to read what you already have.
