I had worst experience. I created a order but they did not pick up my parcel. Even though I called in there headquarters and they said that the delivery guy would come within 1 day to my location to collect my parcel but the guy never showed up. I had no other choice but deliver my parcel through courier service. It has caused me sufferings as my customer was constantly complaining about the parcel. please look up to this matter.

This is the worst service I have ever received. My shipment is stuck on their side for 7 days with no updates. Delivery man straight up didn’t deliver my products.

My experience is very bad. I was about to receive a return product. But already 20 days passed. Still did not got the product. There is no contact number to complain. Their fb page inbox is saying give more time more time. Another one is after placing e request parcel then don't confirm when they will come. The other one is return otp i didn’t share still how they got OTP and write that i got my product??? Whereas i didn’t get it. So, a blind spot with no security.
