A very poorly developed app. It doesn't have any updated features like other courier services. You can't even track your parcel properly. Had the worst experience as a first time user.

Their delivery experience was horrible for me. The delivery guy returned the parcel to the merchant without calling me. I even called him when the delivery was several days late to make sure he delivers. He said he would deliver. But to my utter surprize, I found that my product was returned to the merchant instead. A very bad experience indeed.

I am really really very satisfied with REDX. I just love their service, sincerity and easy process. Keep it up.. Highly Recommended! ❤️❤️
