Poor service and unreliable logistics. I placed a pickup request, and it took two days for a delivery driver to even call me just to ask if I had a parcel. If it takes 48 hours just to acknowledge the pickup, I can’t imagine how long it would take to actually reach my customers. Not recommended for businesses that value timely delivery.

My experience is very bad. I was about to receive a return product. But already 20 days passed. Still did not got the product. There is no contact number to complain. Their fb page inbox is saying give more time more time. Another one is after placing e request parcel then don't confirm when they will come. The other one is return otp i didn’t share still how they got OTP and write that i got my product??? Whereas i didn’t get it. So, a blind spot with no security.

worst-ever courier service. They don’t pick up products. This happened to me multiple times. Never using REDX again.
