The ReeceNichols Home Search app provides you with access to listings in both Kansas and Missouri. Use the app to continue your home search from the website and see all of your saved activity. Once you are ready to see a house, use the agent search to connect with one of our real estate agents or use the mortgage calculator to get pre-approved.

Looking for a home near one of your favorite hotspots? Our Home Scan tool will show you all the listings around your location. Interact with the world around you by using Augmented Reality!

Need to narrow down your search? Filter your search by property details, city, zip code, address or by using our map drawing tool. If you have a ReeceNichols.com account, your saved searches are available automatically!

Don’t know how much you want to spend? Our built in mortgage calculator can help break down the expenses in your price range and get you pre-approved easily.

Found a home you love? Save it to your Home Match account, making it easy to find all your saved properties from the app or ReeceNichols.com. If there’s a home you don’t want to see, simply use the Remove Property tool to keep it off of all your searches.

Ready for the next step? Our app provides you with instant access to any one of our real estate agents. The Agent Search will connect you with a ReeceNichols Real Estate Agent to help you through the home buying journey.

Ratings and reviews

Works ok until you change the list order or do something else (not sure what triggers). Then the list will be blank until you restart your phone. Map always seems to work. I've found houses on app before they show on their online map.

App won't let you search for houses by address. Interface is counterintuitive compared to all other house search apps.

It's impossible to log in and R&N tech support does nothing to help.
