About this app

Keep your reef's records the easy way.

ReefRoutine is a fast, private logbook for saltwater reef aquariums. Log a full water test on one screen, see how every parameter changes over time, and keep maintenance, dosing, livestock and equipment in one place.

Log in seconds
• Every parameter you track on one screen, with your last value shown as a hint
• Read results straight from a photo of your checker display or notes
• As many tests per day as you like, each with its own date and time
• Typo checks catch a missing decimal point before it ruins your charts
• Correct or delete any reading; corrections are kept in a change log

See what's happening
• Charts with real time spacing
• Your water changes and doses drawn on the same chart
• Your own target ranges as a shaded band, and "below/above target" on the dashboard
• A heads-up and an automatic retest task when a reading leaves your target
• Every reading shows how old it is, so stale numbers never look current

Stay on top of maintenance
• Water changes, dosing, filter socks, feeding and notes, with one-tap "repeat last"
• Recurring tasks with one reliable reminder each, no notification spam
• Test timer for reagent reaction times

Everything about your tank
• A home screen widget with your latest readings
• Share a clean card of your numbers in one tap
• Livestock with photos, source, cost and status
• Equipment with serial numbers and warranty alerts
• Calculators: water change, salinity, alkalinity units, phosphorus to phosphate

Your data is yours
• No account needed, no ads, no tracking: records stay on your phone unless you turn on Cloud Sync
• Import readings from a spreadsheet or another app (CSV)
• Free CSV export and full backup and restore, any time
• No limits on how much you log

Reef Pro adds cloud sync across your phones, household sharing (one Pro covers everyone in it), unlimited aquariums and reminders, trend insights with daily alkalinity, calcium and magnesium uptake, a growth photo timeline for every coral and fish, test kit and supply tracking, a printable sitter sheet for when you're away, and lab (ICP) and Apex data log imports (beta). Monthly, yearly with a one-week free trial for new subscribers, or lifetime. If you stop, nothing is deleted.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in Google Play subscriptions.
