Terrible product. Just bought it from Bass Pro Shop last night andtook it home to test it out. Put it in a cup of water and synced the ibbober to my phone. After a few seconds ,t would lose connection, then reconnect after a few seconds, then lose connection again after a few more seconds.... There is no available update for the firmware through the app..... My Bluetooth is the right type of Bluetooth that this product uses.. I sent an email out hopefully they will make it right and replace it.

When I first got this . I changed it fully and did all the setup. It seemed to be working. Its been about a month now before I could actually try in on open water an not just a bowl of water like they show for setup. It didn't work . So I brought it home and charged it fully . Followed the directions for pairing to my phone like before . Now it won't pair . Phone Bluetooth is open an on pairing mode . Nothing !!! Not very happy didn't even get to use it !

It just doesn't work. Constantly disconnects from bluetooth and reports weak sonar signal. Spent more time trying to make it work than using it to find fish. And it seems it's the app because even looking thru the app menu it scrolls on its own and won't stay still so I can read app details.. Think I will return device and uninstall app. The product is only a few days old.
