About this app

QTrace is a supply chain management and digital traceability application designed to support agricultural commodity exports and phytosanitary regulatory compliance.

Developed to align with Indonesian Quarantine Agency workflows and international export standards (including GACC protocols), QTrace helps manage provenance records from the orchard harvest to shipping preparation.

KEY FEATURES & CAPABILITIES:

1. Orchard & Facility Registration
• Record registered orchard profiles and GACC orchard registration numbers.
• Capture precise GPS coordinates for kebun (orchards) and packing house locations.
• Manage commodity types, area acreage, and owner information.

2. Harvest Lot Recording & Photo Geotagging
• Generate structured harvest lot codes (Lot Panen) automatically.
• Capture on-site harvest photos directly with the device camera.
• Embed visual watermark banners containing exact date, time, and GPS coordinates onto harvest photos.
• Automatic image compression under 300 KB for fast and efficient upload.

3. Packing House & Shipment Management
• Record packing house profiles and facility locations.
• Track shipment details including buyer information, container numbers, and box quantities.
• QC verification status indicators for export-ready consignments.

4. Trilingual QR Code & Thermal Label Generation
• Generate standardized 100mm x 75mm export labels in three languages: English, Indonesian, and Simplified Chinese (中文).
• Export labels to PDF and print directly using standard Android printing services.
• Serialized QR code on each label linking to the official verification web page (trace.ref.ac) for rapid scanning by inspectors, buyers, and consumers.

DESIGNED FOR REGISTERED OPERATORS:
QTrace is intended for authorized quarantine officers, orchard operators, and packing house administrators. Account credentials are provided directly by system administrators to authorized personnel.

DATA PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS:
QTrace respects user privacy. Camera and location permissions are requested transparently with in-app disclosures and are accessed only during active user operations (taking harvest photos or recording location coordinates). No background tracking is performed.
