Access your account with your CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and the code sent via WhatsApp. Track your points, see exclusive promotions, check the prize draw, and schedule the massage chair available in the store.

— EMPLOYEES —
Each department has its own personalized dashboard with the most important indicators:

• Sales: track your monthly target and product campaigns for the month, see your reach percentage in real time.

• Inventory: monitor your average order picking time and compare it to department targets.

• Cashier: track the average order closing time and your performance rating.

• Finance: visualize your efficiency based on completed tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Driver: access your daily delivery route on a complete calendar, view each stop, open navigation directly in Google Maps or Waze, and register the delivery with a digital form — including the name, CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian individual/company tax ID), and signature of the recipient.

• Web Store: Track complaints from Mercado Livre, Shopee, and the website with separate statuses (resolved, pending, and unresolved), view sales graphs by channel and month, and register marketplace sales.
