Not usable for sole purpose of generating barcode for the post office to print out shipping label. You click on it, the screen goes a darker grey hue and nothing is there, then you swipe around the screen hoping something will happen and the barcode flashes momentarily before disappearing. Leaving no choice but to print out the label yourself and many people these days do not have a printer. Would not recommend this app and will be suggesting to the retailer to cease use of it too.

does not work. I keep getting sent codes & have to start over again each time

I downloaded the app to retrieve a QR code for a return I had submitted. I tried to download the code at least a dozen times but the interface repeatedly glitched and would not display the barcode. I ended up just screenshotting the code via a roundabout method and not using the app at all. I immediately uninstalled the refundid app after this. 1 star.
