I'm a prolific online shopper and used to be pretty lazy with returns when things were NQR. But when I went to sell things BNWT online or at a rent a rack place, I barely made any money! Refundid really simplifies the return process, and is saving me a heap of money and hassle. Great idea, and a great interface. Recommend!

Very bad. Store made me download the ap to get the digital return barcode label. I did this and made an account. I still cannot access the return barcode, keeps making me login and search for my order, AND then it DOESN'T let me select my order. I'll have to just find a printer...

Exceedingly positive experience with this app/platform. As a regular online shopper processing returns, the process is easy including either downloading/printing labels or taking the QR codes provided to the post office for processing. Refunds arrive in your nominated account instantly - No delays, unlike manual refunds issued through the vendor which can take weeks!
