When I tried ordering tickets, I reserved the tickets and then put in the rest of the information, but when I pressed submit, it said that the tickets were already reserved, even though they weren't. Unfortunately, the charges were still processed and I have two fraudulent charges on my account. EDIT: the charge goes to pending without actually going through, so its fine after a few days. ordering tickets on the app still doesnt work however.

I have literally never had an issue with this theater or app.

No access to Regency Rewards. Most of the prices you really need to see on concessions aren't there. The app is good only for showtimes. No trailers. The online without app experience is a much better experience.
