i have been using this app. for over a week now, it was apain trying to do the initial account set-up myself but i finally called the customer service # listed in the app. & was taken care of by a very friendly & most helpful representative. she had my account set up w/deposted funds ready for use in 10-15 min. the app is super easy to use,takes only a few seconds to check your balance.call info, as well as adding money to acct. The rate of charge per minute on the collect call acct. is great.

the worst app ever, for ever and ever, trying to create an account and it doesn't matter how many times I try it, it keeps saying that "an account for this costumer aready exists" wich is not true!!! I have never created an account with this app never in my life!!!! this is so frustrating 😩😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭 also tried to contact costumer service through a phone call, they naver took the call, I'll be waiting until 2026 and maybe they answer

Forcing us to use multiple CC cards instead of just allowing a higher amount and charging a higher fee is ridiculous. Here I am putting money on an inmates commissary account, and it feels like I'm having to trick the system/break rules to do it. It just feels shady for multiple reasons, though no issues with it getting to the inmate.
