This is a mobile application to allow easier access to our customers to deposit funds to their friends and family.

it's a decent way to apply money to your number or the inmates phone. however- you have to call customer service to add numbers on your account, so your loved one can call others, (minors for example) without accounts. If you change your number too many times they require proof of your ID along with a phone bill and the names have to match. that's out of hand and inconvenient for simple communication. I believe the 3$ fee is ridiculous too.

makes it simple.... DID make it! ever since the app updated now if I use my card once in the week it says I have to wait 7 days before I can add any more time or use a different card. I'm not happy with this!

love it! very easy to use, & when in doubt actually PEOPLE are available thru " contact us" and any questions are answered right then. I left 1 star out only because I can only add $$ from My card 2 times a week. Then the 3rd time I must call to do it. hoping that changes soon. thank you for making a difficult time just a little bit easier on us by creating this App! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼
