This is a mobile application to allow easier access to our customers to deposit funds to their friends and family.

it's a decent way to apply money to your number or the inmates phone. however- you have to call customer service to add numbers on your account, so your loved one can call others, (minors for example) without accounts. If you change your number too many times they require proof of your ID along with a phone bill and the names have to match. that's out of hand and inconvenient for simple communication. I believe the 3$ fee is ridiculous too.

GREAT IDEA FOR APP=HORRIBLE ACTUAL FUNCTIONALITY N SEEMS IGNORANTLY DESIGNED ESPECIALLY WHEN EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED COST PER CAL. Never functioned as advertised. Features/options it claims to offer, completely FALSE. NEVER been able to use ADD FACILITY OR ADD INMATE, never finds or even pulls either up. Offers add$ to phone# n WON'T allow, instead only thing is to purchase pin debit VERY FRUSTRATING especially when so EXPENSIVE

For some odd reason it always seems to block me out of my account. It takes the representative over an hour to answer to lift the block. (Literally.) You have to put all the correct information when you make the account otherwise it wont allow you to use it. To many problems with using this app, unfortunately its the only way to put money, unless I feel like waiting on the phone for an hour and a half to speak to a representative. Plus side they charge 3$ unlike the phone which charges 5.96, yay
