This is a mobile application to allow easier access to our customers to deposit funds to their friends and family.

it's a decent way to apply money to your number or the inmates phone. however- you have to call customer service to add numbers on your account, so your loved one can call others, (minors for example) without accounts. If you change your number too many times they require proof of your ID along with a phone bill and the names have to match. that's out of hand and inconvenient for simple communication. I believe the 3$ fee is ridiculous too.

GREAT IDEA FOR APP=HORRIBLE ACTUAL FUNCTIONALITY N SEEMS IGNORANTLY DESIGNED ESPECIALLY WHEN EXCESSIVELY OVERPRICED COST PER CAL. Never functioned as advertised. Features/options it claims to offer, completely FALSE. NEVER been able to use ADD FACILITY OR ADD INMATE, never finds or even pulls either up. Offers add$ to phone# n WON'T allow, instead only thing is to purchase pin debit VERY FRUSTRATING especially when so EXPENSIVE

Downloaded app, try to be in DOB and if you move the month to your month, then it bounces back to January itself and the date moves with it. Try to change the date, and the month moves. You can slowly do it one at a time, get one to move, and when you lift your finger off the screen it auto scrolls back to Jan. 1 or 31st. Can't get past first screen to open this POS.
