This is a mobile application to allow easier access to our customers to deposit funds to their friends and family.

it's a decent way to apply money to your number or the inmates phone. however- you have to call customer service to add numbers on your account, so your loved one can call others, (minors for example) without accounts. If you change your number too many times they require proof of your ID along with a phone bill and the names have to match. that's out of hand and inconvenient for simple communication. I believe the 3$ fee is ridiculous too.

Search function doesnt work. Can't find my person, can't find the facility, even when I enter the full names, much less a key search word. Go to the website; its better.

I can never log in always tells me no email address address for this person and I signed up 3 times. then they said my password was wrong gave me a new password and it said it was wrong after 4 from yall. wow
