This new app stinks, you cannot even pay your visa card on it. And they will not answer their phone. And I've been trying for 3 days to have them to work it out with me, put the old one back at least I can pay my credit card off on it with this. You can't pay Jack, diddly doodoo.!!! Yesterday I gave them 0 stars today. I give them 4 stars. I was able to transfer my money from one place to another. And the new app, I think big 41/2* got a new best friend. Thank you app so much.

I have tried over and over to get signed up to the new mobile access system. I am told my "information is incorrect." Nothing I do works to get me enrolled in this new system. I am reasonably intelligent, and have 22 years of experience in data processing (much of it in banking). I can assure you that no one should EVER put out directions that do NOT work, or are not understandable to customers within a financial product. That is a cardinal sin in any banking business.

Regional couldn't have done a worse job of rolling this app out. Completely unprepared for their members to enroll like they were told to. Absolutely ridiculous. And the app doesn't even function properly when it comes to entering your information!
