About this app

Regitap is the time tracking solution for small businesses: your team clocks in with a single tap from the app, and you have the legally required record (Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute) ready for the Labor Inspectorate.

FOR THOSE WHO LOCK IN
• Start the day, Break, Return, and End the day: large, uncomplicated buttons.

• Works offline: clocking in and out is saved and sent as soon as the signal returns.

• Location is only shared if your company requests it and only at the time of clocking in. Your location is never tracked.

• Alerts if you forget to clock in or out.

• Your monthly log, daily tasks, and vacation information are always at your fingertips.

• Something doesn't add up? Request a correction from your mobile device, and everything is documented.

FOR MANAGERS
• Who is currently working, on a break, or hasn't clocked in.

• Corrections and vacation requests can be approved with a single tap.

• Fixed or variable schedules, official holidays at a single tap, and team calendar.

Each person's daily tasks, entered manually or from your software.

PDF and Excel reports for the Inspectorate and monthly summaries for each person.

Immutable record: every clock-in is stamped, and any changes leave a trace.

PRICE
€1 per month per active user, plus VAT, with no minimums or commitment. The first 30 days are free, no credit card required.

DOES ANYONE PREFER WHATSAPP?
You can activate it for those who find it easier: they receive a notification at their scheduled time, send their location, and their clock-in is recorded in the same system. It costs €3 per month plus VAT per person and is activated at the end of the trial period.
