Goofs up my notification display. Changes so my default phone view is page showing detail of all on going notifications. Basically their ongoing notification takes over your phone. uninstalled and phone back to normal. old codered app never took over my phone like this one does. My county should have found a better alert app provider. will use county text alert notifications instead.
