RehaFlow is an operating system for companies providing in-home rehabilitation. The mobile app gives physiotherapists a complete overview of their day: appointment calendar, addresses, notes from previous appointments, and a billing summary. FOR PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

• Expandable appointment rows – history, editing, rescheduling requests
• Requesting a reschedule up to 13 hours before the start of the appointment

FOR HEAD OFFICES/COORDINATORS
• Overview of appointments for all physiotherapists in a single view
• Quick response to rescheduling requests
• Immediate scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling of appointments
• Automatic SMS and email reminders for patients
• Billing of appointments canceled shortly before the due date (12-hour rule)

• Defining work hours – appointments cannot be booked outside of these hours

DATA PATIENTS
