About this app

Invoice+ turns the work you do into the invoice you send. Log the time, add the expenses and the miles, and the invoice is already written: every line priced, every figure on the PDF exactly what it says on your screen.

For freelancers, contractors and small service businesses: cleaners, trades, consultants, designers, anyone who bills by the hour, by the job or by the unit.

FROM WORK TO INVOICE IN ONE TAP

Start the timer when you begin, stop when you finish, and the entry is waiting under Unbilled at the client's rate. Or log it afterwards: hours, a start and end time, a flat price for the job, or a quantity at a price per unit, ten vans at twenty each.

Expenses and mileage go in the same log, at your own rate per mile, and appear on the invoice as their own lines.

When you draft an invoice, everything unbilled for that client is one tap away. Add a saved item from your catalogue, or type a line. Nothing is added up twice: the draft's total is the sum of what you put on it.

QUOTES THAT BECOME INVOICES

Send a quote with its own number and a valid-until date. When the client says yes, convert it: the invoice draft is created with the same lines and the work behind them, and the quote keeps its record.

A PDF THAT LOOKS LIKE YOURS

Three styles: Classic in black on white, Accent with your brand colour on the text, Branded with a colour band and your logo. Thirteen brand colours, and a live preview of your own invoice as you choose. Your signature drawn once and printed on every document, your payment details and terms at the foot, your VAT number where a client looks for it.

Preview the PDF before it goes, then email it to the client, share it, or save it to your phone. The same rows as CSV for a spreadsheet.

TAX AND ROUNDING DONE PROPERLY

Type the tax you actually charge, with its own name, or leave it at zero. Prices can include tax or exclude it, and the document shows subtotal, tax and total in the conventional order. Unit prices carry four decimals and every line is rounded once, so fifteen items at a price that includes tax come to exactly what you meant, never a few pence out.

Any currency, set per client. A discount as a percentage or an amount, with the other shown live.

WHAT IS OWED, AT A GLANCE

Home shows what is unbilled and what is unpaid, with the overdue invoices first. The Invoices tab splits unpaid into awaiting and overdue, and shows what was paid this year. Mark an invoice paid and the figures move with it.

A home-screen widget carries the unbilled total, what is unpaid, and the running timer with Stop and Pause.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

No account. No sign-in. No analytics. No ads. No tracking.

Your clients, work and invoices stay on your phone and are never sent anywhere. Google Drive automatic backup is deliberately off, which is why the app has its own: a full backup file you save where you like, optionally password-protected, and free.

Google Play Billing, for the optional Pro unlock, is the only reason the app asks for internet access.

FREE, AND OPTIONAL PRO

Free covers one client with the whole product on them: the timer, work, expenses and mileage, the catalogue, drafts, quotes, five issued invoices and five issued quotes, the Classic PDF, email and sharing, CSV, and manual backup. Nothing you need to invoice a client, or get your data out, is held back.

Invoice+ Pro is one payment, not a subscription: unlimited clients, invoices and quotes, the Accent and Branded styles with your logo and brand colour, every colour theme with AMOLED black, and automatic dated backups.

Invoice+ applies no country's tax rules: the figures are your own records, built from the rates you set.
