RelayRig connects truck owners in Jacksonville, Florida with CDL-licensed relief drivers — for the day your regular driver gets sick, goes on vacation, or you just need coverage so your truck doesn't sit idle.

HOW IT WORKS
1. The owner posts the job: route, dates, and required CDL class (A, B, or C).
2. Local drivers with the right CDL class see the listing and apply.
3. The owner reviews each applicant — rating, years of experience, CDL class, and whether their license was reviewed by our team — and chats with them before deciding.
4. The owner picks a driver and confirms the match through a secure Stripe checkout.
5. The driver completes the job. The owner keeps their truck, their insurance, and their operating authority the whole time.
6. When it's done, owner and driver confirm completion and rate each other, building reputation on the platform.

WHAT MAKES RELAYRIG DIFFERENT
• CDL review status at a glance: drivers self-report their license and can ask our team to review it. Every applicant shows whether their CDL was reviewed before you decide.
• Local matching: post a job and drivers from the Jacksonville area apply — no cold calls, no middlemen.
• Built-in pre-hire chat with automatic content moderation, plus the ability to report or block any user.
• Two-way ratings: the driver also rates the owner, so reputation is built on both sides.
• Match payment is processed securely through Stripe. During our launch, RelayRig's fee is $0.00 — you don't pay the platform anything to confirm the match. The driver's pay for the job itself is agreed and settled directly between owner and driver, off-platform.

WHO IT'S FOR
RelayRig serves Jacksonville, Florida (United States) today, with plans to expand to more cities. The app is available in English and Spanish, and requires a verified account for truck owners ("owner" role) and CDL-licensed drivers ("driver" role). Every user must confirm they are 18 or older.
